PROJECT SKIP is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a ready to play wellbeing program fitting seamlessly into the studio or school environment. We empower studio owners and teachers to deliver the program, equipping students with confidence, focus, and resilience for life beyond the studio and classroom.
Project SKIP is a wellbeing program designed to help students build confidence, resilience, focus, and connection through age-appropriate activities that fit seamlessly into studio and school life.

SKIP combines the power of dance with proven wellbeing strategies to help students thrive in the studio, classroom and in life. Each module is designed to fit seamlessly into your existing classes, giving students space to pause, reflect, and grow without adding pressure to your schedule.
Built on four years of successful delivery in a regional community, SKIP has already reached hundreds of students, showing real impact in building confidence, resilience, focus, and social connection.
Our program focuses on three core elements- Social Connection, Resilience, and Discipline & Focus. Helping students develop essential life skills through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
It’s simple, flexible, and backed by wellbeing expertise, making it easy for studios to deliver high impact results without needing extra staff or complex training. The program has also been mapped to the NSW PDHPE Curriculum.
With SKIP, studios create stronger dancers and stronger people.

“What I thought was simply a dance program turned out to be so much more. SKIP created a safe, supportive space where dancers opened up, built confidence, and learned life skills they could carry beyond the studio. Watching a shy student grow in just a couple of days was incredible. SKIP is a unique way for studios to nurture wellbeing through fun, thoughtful, and impactful activities.”
